I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally cooperative, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel has a great location, very close to the subway and Hyde Park. The higher-floor rooms offer a beautiful view, which is a big plus. I would especially like to thank Ms. Gül for her help with my parents — she was truly kind and supportive. In general, all the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their communication was excellent, and they were always solution-oriented, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that in the standard rooms, the windows do not open, and the heating, cooling, and air circulation system might not feel comfortable for everyone. For this reason, I arranged a room with a balcony for my parents, and it was absolutely worth it — the balcony rooms are lovely. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you might need, including an iron and a hairdryer. The minibar might seem like it’s not cooling at first, but it actually works very well, so no worries there. The restaurant is also nice. However, what stood out the most for us — even with many guests coming and going — was the staff and their excellent communication. Thank you very much for everything, we truly appreciated it!

Hotel is nice elegant clean and amazing having an AC (that actually cools the room!) during this heatwave was the best. Kitchen service was great and helpful. Kim in reception was super helpful and friendly! We came here for work and we will book again next time we need to. Also very nice to be close to the park and tube stations.
