Lovely friendly women on the front desk! Pool is large and clean and lots of area around the pool to lounge in the sun. Cafe is also really good. Changing rooms/toilets are slightly run down but still clean. If using the sauna, you need to bring a towel to sit on (which I don’t think is mentioned on the website!)

Filthy and neglected changing rooms. It is so shameful that basic hygiene and maintenance are so miserable in this swimming pool. Most changing cubical have no doors, filth and neglect is everywhere . It’s appalling

I went to the lido 2 days ago on Wednesday 15th of July in the evening at 6pm . Quick to get in as I was near the front of the queue. I was lucky my bag fit in the lockers as there were limited lockers . The poolside had a great view & scenery that I am happy with but swimming in the cold water what I am not used to made it abit hard to enjoy a swim . Just a dip in and out the water not bad with some laps of the 60m pool. I am not happy the changing rooms floors are not clean & the cubicles do not have doors on & very tight to change , also the jet of the showers is not powerful but still provides a nice warm shower after your swim .

I just like to give a big thank you to the team here at the Lido for supporting me and my friend a couple of weeks ago when we were being photographed by a guy poolside, the team took it really seriously never before have I felt so heard and looked after. I thought they may not take it seriously but as soon as I let them know they jumped into action. A big thank you to Mohammad Ali (Security Supervisor) Muhammad Umar. Huzaifa Raja and my lovely friend who looks after me Michael Angelo!!! We feel very safe here and will recommend to all women this as a safe place to hang out!
