Lovely B&B Lorna couldn't have been more accommodating and goes above and beyond for you to enjoy your stay. Lots of little extras in the rooms, that are so thoughtful. Breakfast was amazing and lasted us whilst we hiked up cat bells! Real quality produce - sausages were gorgeous 🥰. Even a sausage waiting on the table for our dog in the morning! Perfect for a lovely walk along the dis used trainline in to Keswick to enjoy the local market and pubs! Will definitely be back ❤️

This was my third stay in two years with Lorna at Brookfield B&B. All the reviews mention Lorna's friendliness and kindness and the super-excellent breakfasts. All the reviews are right! Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. I fully recommend Brookfield as a convenient location, about 20 minutes walk out of the very busy centre, on good bus routes everywhere and with free, on-street parking nearby.

We stayed for 5 nights at the start of May. It is a lovely place with kind host and brilliant breakfast. The accommodation is well located to the town with a lovely 20min walk along the old railway cycle path. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful little B&B. So peaceful, we never heard anyone else the whole weekend. You absolutely won’t be disappointed. We’ve just had the most relaxing stay. Lorna is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to ensure you’re comfortable and very well fed with the best breakfast we’ve ever had. The choice on offer is fantastic and she caters for all needs. Stan our Bedlington was welcomed every morning with a sausage. And I forgot to say thank you for the treat for him at our door. Great location for Keswick centre and walking distance to plenty of pubs and bars. Thank you for the most wonderful stay and we already can’t wait to return
