Latrigg View

Latrigg View is an inverted layout cottage where you climb stairs to reach the main living area—a deliberate design that rewards the effort with views across Keswick's rooftops toward the fells beyond. Downstairs holds both bedrooms, a bathroom with shower over the bath, and a utility room with washer-dryer. The upper floor opens into a combined living and dining space with a 32-inch television, DVD player and sound system, flowing into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking. Two people can sleep in the double bed in bedroom one, or you can use both single beds in bedroom two; the property sleeps four in total.

The cottage sits in a residential street within easy reach of Keswick's shops, parks and leisure facilities on foot. A pub lies within a mile. You get bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included; parking is in a private car park (one space, with a refundable permit deposit). The rear has a small outdoor area with a bench. No smoking inside. A cot is available if needed.
