I had a really nice stay at Powe House during my visit to Lake District. It's very well maintained, clean and tidy, and situated at a very convenient location if you're taking the bus around Lake District. It's a short walk to Keswick town centre, Cat Bells trail and Derwent Water shore from here and the environment is really nice and calm. The hosts are wonderful, they are friendly, and the food is amazing. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Power House in Keswick. The property is full of character and charm, with all the modern comforts you could ask for. The location is perfect—peaceful, yet just a short distance from the town and surrounding walks. A special thanks to Andrew, our host, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. His local tips really made a difference, and he made sure everything was just right. Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!

A,wonderful guest house: great location - nice pub barely three minutes away and great tea room five; barely a twenty minute walk into Keswick. Bedroom a good size and very clean. Host Andrew is very friendly and knowledgable about the area.Breakfast menu extensive, tasty and plenty of it - sausages are especially lovely. We had a lovely stay and will return. Thank you.

Visit to the lakes with one of my best friends for our birthdays this weekend. Absolutely lovely place to stay! Warm and welcoming host, own garden access from our room, super comfy bed, power shower was amazing!! Even a private car park. Breakfast choice was great and food was amazing! Not too far to walk into Keswick for food and drinks. However there is a local pub about 100 yards away Thank you for having us : )
