What guests say
We have had the most wonderful stay at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable. The spa is absolutely divine and was the perfect place to relax. Today I spent time on a sun lounger in the gorgeous gardens, soaking up the sunshine, and it was pure bliss. I also want to give a very special thank you to the restaurant manager, who was simply amazing. She made us feel so looked after and her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. She is a huge credit to the hotel and made every meal feel special. Thank you to everyone at Kettering Park Hotel & Spa for making our stay so memorable. We have made some lovely memories here and will definitely be back. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. We had a great stay, however, this is our third visit to the hotel and we felt that some of the little extra touches that we used to enjoy are no longer available. 1. We liked relaxed use of the pool. Now its set hours for children. 2. No robes as standard in a standard room. Before my daughter and I had lovely robes. 3. Now it's a buffet breakfast. We used to love the waitress service at breakfast and having things cooked fresh for us.

We had a two night stay for my wife's birthday and our wedding anniversary. The hotel and spa was very relaxing, just what we needed. We particularly liked the signature room facilities i.e. the coffee machine, fridge, teapot and a complimentary bottle of wine. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic experience at Kettering Park and Spa Hotel for my friends wedding last weekend. The stand out for us was our experience with the staff on site. Absolutely brilliant customer service with a fun but professional approach. Alice served us for our evening meal and was extremely helpful whilst Poppy made us feel at ease answering questions we had at Breakfast in the morning. Whilst my questions meant they had to think on their feet, Alice and Poppy passed with flying colours helping to make our lives that bit more enjoyable during our stay at the hotel. The spa is clean and well maintained with a good variety of options for treatments. The rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of hot and cold options. Definitely would visit again, thanks for a great stay!
