Great park for a walk & especially if you are a photographer. Plenty of seating. Kids play area at one end & tennis courts & crazy golf. Tea shop in the middle with outside seating.

Valley Gardens in Harrogate is lovely, we just missed the live music on Sunday but it left behind a merry buzz. The walk under the sun colonnade is lovely and quiet. The grounds are well maintained, there is an activity area with golf, ping-pong etc. There is a place for ice-cream (I had salted caramel, my mum - rum & raisin, my eldest lad - lemon curd and my youngest lad - cherry swirl). There are fountains and flowers and wells and trees, also plenty of benches to sit and enjoy it all from.

Beautifully kept. Lots of historical springs and wells throughout. A lovely Japanese garden. Some of the old out buildings could use a repair

It's really a huge park with so many things to do for everyone. We enjoyed at Playing ground and visiting all around the park to view amazing flowers and cherry blossoms trees.
