Hayy Bondgate Cottage comes ready for immediate use. Electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner. The kitchen has everything needed to cook properly—electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine—so whether you're preparing breakfast or a full dinner, you have the kit to do it. A welcome pack arrives with you.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, the open-plan living space combines a sitting area with the wood burner and Smart TV, a dining table, and the kitchen, with a separate toilet nearby. Upstairs are three bedrooms—one double and two singles—plus a bathroom with a shower over the bath and heated towel rail. The cottage sleeps four people and is yours alone; no other guests share the space.

Outside, a private enclosed garden has a patio and seating, and one pet stays free. A pub is within a mile's walk. The cottage does not permit smoking. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 11:00.
