Lavender Cottage is a Grade II listed building within the Knap Yard complex at Harewood Estate. The cottage is yours alone—a one-bedroom property sleeping two, with private parking and access to an enclosed garden. A rear patio gives you your own outdoor space with a fire pit, barbecue and picnic bench; the front leads to shared communal gardens with mature trees and views across the estate. The property accepts one well-behaved pet.

Ground floor layout comprises an open-plan living area with a wood-burning stove and smart television, a separate kitchen with a full range of appliances including dishwasher and washer-dryer, and a downstairs toilet. Upstairs, the bedroom has a super kingsize bed (convertible to twin on request), and the bathroom combines a bath with an over-shower and heated towel rail. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included; there is also an electric car charging point on site if needed. The cottage does not allow smoking.
