Mulberry Cottage

Walking into Mulberry Cottage means stepping straight into a capacious kitchen and dining space with sloping windows and everything needed for self-catering: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer-dryer all built in. The modern dining table seats four. From here, the living room opens up with a wood burner, smart TV and comfortable seating arranged around it. Two steps lead down to the ground floor bedroom, fitted with a bed that converts between double and twin configurations, with sash windows on two sides letting in plenty of light.

Upstairs, a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower sits between landing and master bedroom. The master is a generous space with a super kingsize bed, seating area, exposed wooden beams and views toward the front garden. The listed building's character runs through period fireplaces and window seats. Outside, the cottage sits at the end of Knap Yard complex with front and rear gardens, garden furniture, firepit and barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site, including an electric vehicle charging point. Electricity, bed linen, towels and wi-fi are covered in the price; logs for the wood burner are provided to start with. The Unicorn Bar & Kitchen is nearby. No smoking inside, but one pet is welcome. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
