I recently stayed at Novotel Leeds Centre and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city centre and train station, making it an ideal base for exploring Leeds. The room was excellent – spacious, comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. I felt it offered great value for money, especially considering the quality of the facilities and the central location. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really added to the overall positive experience. There was one member of staff who wasn't particularly friendly, but thankfully this was the exception rather than the rule, and everyone else more than made up for it. Overall, I loved everything about the hotel and would happily stay here again. Great rooms, great location, and excellent value. Highly recommended.

Stayed here recently for a weekend, was an excellent experience ! Big spacious rooms, very clean bathrooms and a wonderful breakfast! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I even left a watch behind in my room when I checked out, I enquired as to if I could send a SAE and have it returned to me and it's come through the post today ! Absolutely top stuff !

The hotel was in a great location for being in the centre. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The bar downstairs is very nice. Bedrooms were clean but quite warm even with windows open and the air con on. Toilet was separate to the rest of the bathroom which was good but would have been better if there was a sink in the toilet with it. Out of the 3 rooms we booked we had no issues with the rooms except one had a temperamental toilet which would only flush as and when, but since we were there for one night we managed and honestly forgot to tell the staff. Overall great and would use again!

I had a truly great experience! The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. Food was delicious and beautifully presented, as you can see. 😋 The service was exceptional, making my visit even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. 📍 I'll definitely be back! ✨
