My friend & I will only use this centrally located Leeds City Centre hotel. Within a 7 min walk of the train st, 10 min walk of the shops and 22 min walk from the coach st. The staff here are attentive, helpful, knowledgable, polite and welcoming. Special shout out to Shaun and Mikey who we thought went above and beyond on this stay, very helpful helping us check in, and recommending us with the vast choices offered for our evening meal (what a bargain £26.99 for 2 courses and a drink and buffet breakfast!!) I can recommend the chicken tikka skewer and chicken burger. They both made the effort to speak to us at breakfast too. What an absolute credit to this hotel and Premier Inn. Management, PLEASE reward them, they are AMAZING!!

I came to Leeds for my son's wedding. Great stay thank you. 15/16 of June 2026. I've never stayed in a Premier in before. Bargain for the price paid. Room 615. Clean, basic but good quality, everything you could need. The staff were EXCELLENT and attentive on both the afternoon we arrived and he morning of our departure. We were checked in by a lovely helpful chap who could see we were tired and bewildered. The lady running the breakfast was lovely and so well organised as was everyone else who helped us. Great breakfast btw. Sorry I don't know names but they are all doing a great job. To the chap who helped me locate my comfier shoes in the baggage area after the ceremony thank you and I hope your sister's wedding goes well! Would recommend. Thank you x

I just stayed the night in this Premier Inn and it was fantastic. It's very well located, and is a minutes walk from the riverside, which makes a beautiful walk. There's a Sainsbury Local right opposite, and a Tesco Express around the corner about a 5 minute walk away, so excellent if you missed any little bits. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Closing the curtains made the room absolutely pitch black, which is perfect for the light sleepers. My only slight gripe was the bathroom hax a slightly strange smell, not exactly a bad smell, but I did notice it. Overall, a fantastic stay and a reasonable price given the location.

Great stay at this Premier Inn!!! We stayed for my Mum's Golden Holiday. BIG Pros: Hotel was nice, great location, excellent facilities, comfortable and nice quality rooms. Big shout out to all the fantastic team who gave us truly fantastic customer service. In particular, Callum and Lucy who made the celebration experience truly lovely. Food was great, Premier Plus rooms were lovely and great to have a mini fridge. Even had a convenient Sainsburys Local opposite. Cons: Good location but Parking options were crazy expensive. Not clear on website that accessible bathroom facilities in the Premier Plus rooms are only lowered bath which gave my Mum no in room shower facilities but wasn't an issue for a couple of nights. Also found it strange that accessible rooms were on the top floor. Didn't make sense to me as surely in an evacuation situation this would not be good for either staff or visitors with a number of guests with mobility/stair restrictions and no lifts.
