Popped in today Sunday 14th for the first time originally just to become a member. However, we couldn’t resist the smell of the roast cooking so I asked if it was too late to book ourselves in. Nope it wasn’t so we went back about 2.30. It was absolutely gorgeous. Great big plate full of lovely veg - all cooked perfect and not mushy, the beef and chicken both top notch, mahoosive yorkie pudding and roasted potatoes to die for. Plenty of gravy too. We then had the cheesecake for afters, which was very scrummy. Lady who served us was very engaging and gave us plenty of info about other events. We also met the lady from the kitchen who was lovely. We were really made to feel so welcome for first timers and will definitely be going back. If you haven’t tried the roast on a Sunday, please do! Bloody lovely! Can’t wait to go back and try what else there is to offer on the menu. Thank you again. Deb and Dave Smith.

We hired the wensum room for our son’s 6th birthday party today and the staff here were great. They catered for us and made sure we had everything we needed. They even let us in early to set up. They did a fab job and I would highly recommend it.
