I visited Wacky Warehouse first time in 19/07 for a birthday party. I just wanted to say your staff is amazing , super helpful and very friendly. The place was clean, my coffee was delicious and food served for kids was fresh and yummy. I will be definitely coming back very soon and will highly recommend your place for all my friends with kids.

Dear Customer Service Team, I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to Wacky Warehouse. Unfortunately, I did not feel welcome during my visit. The staff came across as unfriendly, and whenever I wanted to place an order, it felt as though I was inconveniencing them rather than being served as a valued customer. I specifically chose to sit at an empty table away from the birthday party groups because I intended to order food and wanted a quieter place to sit. However, I was told that I could not use that table and had to sit with a group instead. As a result, I decided not to order any food at all. In addition, my older daughter wanted to help and accompany her younger sister, but she was not allowed to do so. This caused unnecessary upset and added to the negative experience. Overall, the atmosphere created by the staff made us feel unwelcome. Their attitude gave the impression that they did not want to be there, and customer service appeared to be an afterthought rather than a priority. This was a disappointing experience for my family, and I hope you will look into these concerns and take appropriate action to improve the experience for future visitors

Very good clean play area for the kids. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate when they can (I tend to request a table closest to the play area) We're making good use of the 6 week wacky pass (Xmas deal 6 weeks for the price of 4). Thanks to Kim and team for always been welcoming and kind :) Top tip - defo book a table on a weekend 👌

Came here over the half term first thing in the morning pretty quiet. Easy to get to and while there is paid parking in the front of the building you can enter your registration at the desk so is technically free don't get conned into downloading the app and paying. The facilities are good with disabled access. So the story is while playing one of my little ones had a toilet accident which meant we had to leave early, not only were they helpful but the attendant at the time Kim was super helpful and gave us some free passes for the next trip because we were like 20 mins in before the play was interrupted.
