Eastway Brasserie at Andaz

One the best Aftenoon tea experiences my wife and I have been to. The scones were tasty, hot and fresh. Plus, we had a set of sweet treats each for ourselves, which was a nice surprise. The place us itself has a lovely atmosphere with very friendly stafg who seem genuibely happy to happy to be there.

What a wonderful experience at the end of a difficult day. We were served a tasty meal and the portion was so generous. EastWay restaurant is situated in a beautiful building that is about 800 years old. Joe and Aziza were both wonderful hosts. Joe was eager to show us the facilities that can be hired in this beautiful, old building. He was attentive and friendly. Aziza, too, was eager to please, kind and hospitable. A highly recommended establishment.

I had an outstanding experience at East Way Brasserie, located within the Hyatt Andaz hotel in London. From my very first visit, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and at home. The food was exceptional, prepared with love and care by the talented chef Rishi, whose culinary skills truly shine through every dish. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff members Joe, Azizr, and everyone there ensuring every need was met promptly and courteously. Their thoughtful attention to detail and warm approach made the entire dining experience unforgettable. This restaurant is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area; you definitely won’t regret it. Thank you so much for making my visit so memorable and enjoyable! I will be back soon :)

Such a great afternoon tea. To highlight- the food and service was perfect!! Joe was such a fantastic server, he was so lovely and attentive. Then Joe brought out the chef (I think his name was Ali?) and he was so great too and they even brought me out an extra birthday cake and sung to me. What a nice touch!! The afternoon tea food was gorgeous. My friend is gluten free and they made her an entire GF afternoon tea and then I had my own separate one. Scones, sandwiches and desserts were all delicious!! This was definitely the best afternoon tea that i’ve had in London.
