Three Uncles Liverpool Street

We had an early lunch before noon on a Saturday. I had a dinner in Three Uncles in Ealing Broadway some time ago. This one at Bond Street was my first time. We type people ordered two combo meat with rice. We enjoyed it very much. Unlike the one in Ealing, this one mainly serve take away I believe, although they still have some tables for you to eat in. Anyway, the foods were good. The staff was nice. I will come back again whenever there is a chance.

Absolute gem of a place. Came today and the food was absolutely delicious - a no-nonsense menu that is full of flavour and quality ingredients. Jasmine rice, bbq pork, juicy duck, fresh pak choi, and the sweetest steamed bao buns. Staff were super friendly and so welcoming. Will definitely be back!!

It's a restaurant that offers most types of Hong Kong-style roast meats, with their roast duck and roast pork being particularly recommended. The quality is excellent and the price is great. Note that they do not provide free drinking water.

From Reliable to Off: 4 Years of 3 Uncles, and Today Was the Breaking Point After 32 orders, 3 Uncles had earned real trust — which is exactly why today's char siu is worth calling out. It was overcooked and dry, with none of the char siu flavour that kept me coming back; the colour had faded to a grey-brown instead of the usual glossy mahogany-red. This wasn't an isolated dip — quality has been sliding for a few orders now, and today was the low point: the worst plate I've had from them. I flagged it through Deliveroo and got nothing back. After three dozen orders, a clear quality failure met with silence isn't a good look — loyalty should earn at least a response. I've stuck around through the decline hoping it was temporary. This might be the order that ends that.
