What visitors say

We booked a visit here for our anniversary, and it couldn't have been more perfect. From the moment we walked in, the staff were exceptional, so welcoming, attentive, and clearly dedicated to both the guests and the well-being of the animals. They even surprised us with a Happy Anniversary card 'signed' by the staff and cats, which was such a thoughtful, touching gesture! The cats themselves were an absolute joy. They are incredibly friendly, happy, and playful. The absolute highlight of our visit was when Mog decided to curl up right in my wife's lap! It was so clear that the cats feel entirely safe, loved, and comfortable in this environment. The only minor downside was that the cakes we ordered were quite dry. However, the extraordinary hospitality, the lovely anniversary gestures, and the wonderful feline company more than made up for it. If you are looking for a heartwarming, relaxing, and well-managed experience in Liverpool, we cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you to the wonderful team (and especially Mog!) for making our special day so memorable.

This is my 2nd time visiting this cafe but this time with my boyfriend. It's a cute cafe and from the last time I came 2 years ago there are definitely a few different cats than before. The cats are cute and there are some in all floors but the bottom and 1st floor definitely has more cats. The thing we noticed is those that had the birthday parties and celebrations had stuff for the cats to have which made the cats go to them more instead of going to other people. I think if you don't have any food, cat or human, the cats won't come up to you. It's kind of where they're used to going to those that have food. It isn't that the cats don't have their own food either because they do but I think they're just accustomed to how customers are which is a bit of a shame. For the hour that you book, you get to have unlimited drinks from the drinks machine which has coffee and hot chocolate. The hot chocolate is the best out of all the drinks in my opinion. Couldn't get enough of the taste. There's some juice dispensers next to the drinks machine but when we went, they were almost finished. Food was good but okay priced and I think they should change the prices of when people stay longer. The guy at the front desk said usually he lets people stay as long as they want but we got charged the full price again when we stayed 2 hours. I think having a reduced price would make it easier for people to come back or stay longer otherwise it eats into people's wallets. Still think it's a cute cat cafe but still think we could find a better place elsewhere.

Lovely experience at the Cat Café in Liverpool. The atmosphere was really calm and cosy, and the cats were clearly well looked after and very relaxed around visitors. It was so nice to sit with a coffee and watch them play or nap nearby. The staff were friendly and the whole place felt very welcoming. If you’re a cat lover or just want a peaceful break from the city, it’s definitely worth a visit. I’d happily go back next time I’m in Liverpool!

Brilliant place to visit. Pay on the door when it's not busy and set a timer so you don't get a big bill. We usually spend 20 minutes in there and have a couple of drinks before leaving so it's good value for money. The Cats are lovely, there is no bad cat smell it's worth a visit.
