Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff handling the booking, dealing with my requests, adding on all the extras etc were great! The vegas apartment was so spacious and a great set up for a hen party! The beds were comfortable, it was clean, water was hot. Check in codes were easy to use, security deposits returned straight away. We booked room decorations which were lovely and the DJ and butler we booked through bling to perform in the apartment were absolutely fantastic! I had some girls who werent staying but wanted to come in for a drink whilst we changed. I got this cleared with Bling before arrival and we had absolutely no problems at all. Reading some of the previous reviews, it seems they just did what they wanted without any clearance from the property. Be transparent and ask, and they will happily accommodate rather than just breaking house rules. We would without a doubt return here for future trips to Liverpool. Fantastic value for money!

Upon arrival the suite looked okay, but on closer inspection it was not clean. We found hairs in the bathroom and shower, food left on top of doors, a blocked sink plug, and there was not enough hot water for everyone to shower. After our stay, money was withheld from our deposit over an alleged fire extinguisher issue, with photos but no explanation. We were later told CCTV showed this was caused by the previous guests and our deposit was repaid. This should never have happened and was very frustrating. Be cautious when booking.

Really not as bad as the other reviews imply. We stayed for a stag do. Weren't exactly quiet or clean but we did make a small effort to tidy up after ourselves like putting all the rubbish in the bins. Got the whole deposit back and no signs of anyone coming in the apartment to check on us or anything. I did call the place and asked why there were so many bad reviews. Apparently they're all from one group who were thrown out for smoking inside, which does add up when you read the reviews. The fire alarm did go off while we were there due to another apartment having a shower; there's no shower ventilation. That's not ideal. We did have some minor issues with hot water but not bad enough to put you off coming. Very very well located. Beds are huge and comfortable and bedding felt fresh. Apartment was pretty clean when we arrived; no complaints. Honestly would probably recommend for a stag do etc as long as you're going to go out and not planning to host a party.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful experience I had at your hotel. The apartment room was impeccable – very clean, elegantly decorated, and extremely comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the relaxing atmosphere, which made my stay truly enjoyable. Moreover, the staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, adding an extra special touch to the whole experience. We will definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to returning for our next stay. Thank you again for your exceptional hospitality!
