Went yesterday 2 members of staff were so helpful, one lady who was scanning the tickets by the drink machines when I spilt my drink, she was so understanding and helpful and actually gave me a new replacement drink, such a lovely helpful lady. Also the lady on the man ticket desk was very helpful. Also the people serve in the food we're very pleasant.

Visted today to watch toy story 5 at the liverpool showcase and couldn't have had a better experience its was very tidy and clean and looked liked it opened last week it was that clean and new. The seats were incredible and comfy and reclining. We went to the baby screening for toy story 5 on monday when tickets are £5 and the room had lots of space inbetween each row leather seats ...seriously this cinema was incredble go and watch all your movies here.

Front row seats should come with a chiropractor voucher. Every dialogue scene felt like a live tennis match: look left, look right, repeat for 2 hours. I came for cinema, left with neck exercises. I’m now qualified as a tennis umpire.

Comfy seats is the best I can say! Won the tickets via Sky VIP Lost the pic on the film part way through and was odd that they just carried on 🤷♀️ There was no coffee to be had and they wanted £7 for 2 bottles of Oasis... needless to say this fool and her money are not easily parted. No soap in most of the dispensers and hand driers weren't working! If I'd paid for the tickets it would have been 1⭐️
