About Heeton Concept Hotel City Centre Liverpool

Spread across five floors, Heeton Concept Hotel City Centre Liverpool is a substantial 154-room property on James Street, right in the middle of the city and within easy reach of Albert Dock and the Beatles Story. Its size means plenty of scope for families and groups, with family rooms and accessible rooms sitting alongside standard doubles, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and drinks in the room.

Facilities run well beyond the basics, with a restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, spa and sauna, plus meeting rooms and business services for those combining work with a stay. Breakfast is served on site, though the range of hot dishes can be limited, and toiletries in the room aren't always fully stocked, so it's worth checking on arrival. Room service, laundry service and luggage storage add convenience, and childcare can be arranged for those travelling with children.

The location is one of the hotel's strongest points, placing guests within walking distance of the city's main sights and close to public transport links. There's no on-site parking, though chargeable parking can be found nearby, and airport transfers can be arranged. Golf and fishing are both available nearby for those wanting to venture a little further afield.

Here's a review for you: --- **Heeton Concept Hotel – Great Stay, Excellent Location** I recently stayed at the Heeton Concept Hotel and was very impressed overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. For the quality on offer, it represents great value for money. The location is a real highlight — ideally situated close to albert dock city centre and ACC conference centre. and hard to beat. The only downside worth noting is the lack of parking, which may be inconvenient for guests travelling by car. Overall, I would highly recommend the Heeton Concept Hotel and would not hesitate to stay again

Rooms adequate. Good shower very tiny bathroom. Lightning situation in room a bit odd but probably due to making the room fit 4 people, 2 bunks 1 massive and comfortable bed. Rooms were not serviced fir our 2 night stay, but a good breakfast is included in the price, which is eaten in the pub next door.

We stayed for two nights last weekend. It's in a great location, it's clean and tidy, if a little tatty in places, but a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly. We had a double room and it was two single beds pushed together, European style! We booked via the Revolut app the weekend before and it said there was secure parking, which is ideal as we were driving up from down south. But it took 6 days for me to find out more info on the parking. I tried calling multiple times during the week and couldn't get through. I emailed the Liverpool hotel email address that's on the Heeton hotels website, the main heeton hotels email address, I sent a message on the contact form on the website and didn't get an answer to any. On the 6th day I tried to call all the other heeton hotels to see if they could help, only Edinburgh answered and she said she couldn't help me. I then messaged the Instagram and Facebook pages and got auto responses saying these messages are checked all the time. But it did give me a different email address for the Liverpool hotel. I emailed that and got a reply within an hour with the info i needed for the parking (which is actually in the Liverpool One parking lot, with a 20% discount). All in all it was a bit of a pain. But once we were there everything was fine.

This week I stayed here for two nights, and while the location is great and the room itself was decent, that’s where the only positives end. The biggest issue: a constant humming noise 24/7 on the entire first floor made it impossible to sleep. I complained twice at the front desk, and both times the receptionist promised to come to my room to check it. No one ever showed up. Two nights of broken sleep completely unacceptable! especially when you are there on a business trip. Breakfast was even worse – honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It finished before it started because there was almost nothing edible. A couple of stale items were sitting out, and that was it. No freshness, no variety, just disappointment. Great location means nothing if you can’t sleep or eat. I will never book it even if they pay me.
