My daughter and I stayed here for 2 days and we loved this hotel. Our room was spotless, so thanks to Donna and housekeeping. Beds very comfortable great shower. Our breakfasts were top notch, really nice ingredients and well cooked. All the staff we met were so friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience at this place when I stay for one night. There was a power cut in my room this before midnight and I had to change to another room which didn’t have heating. In all fairness, I got given a portable heater but it took a long time before room was warm so I had to sleep with many layers on. There seemed to be no alternative and not much recognition of the issue from management. It’s a shame as otherwise it would have been an ok stay.

Our room was very clean upon arrival, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were friendly, and it's in a great location, with liverpool one a 2 minute walk away, albert docks less than a 15 minute walk, and opposite James street station. Quite expensive for a small room. The description does say it would come with a seating area, we got one chair by the desk. The food we ordered from room service which was the breakfast, i got the french toast, and my partner got the full english breakfast, wasn't worth the money and the food was quite meh. Although there were some good aspects in whole not worth the money, but i suppose your paying for the fact its in the city centre.

This hotel is far from being a 4star hotel. Maybe this is an average 3star. The room was tiny, with a small bed, not comfortable for 2 people. Cushions were not comfortable either. Breakfast was ok, from a la carte menu, we could only order one dish and even for an extra pouched egg we should have payed for it. In the room we couldn’t open the window for some fresh air, and it got very humid very easily after a shower. All together the value for money was poor, with these services 4 star is not guaranteed and definitelly doesn’t worth the money.
