On attendance room was dirty and not acceptable for price paid. Manager was fantastic and listened and offered to half the cost or fully refund as only alternative was a much smaller room with tight space around the bed. Was fully refunded and moved somewhere else. Manger was brilliant and puts the customers first. Felt heard and listened too.

Great location and on site parking is a bonus. Room ok but with a dirty carpet (210). Bar area is a nice place to chill out after a long day sightseeing. For the price this hotel is value for money.

I booked this room for my mum and auntie for mother's day and they had a fantastic night. The room was small, but clean and the bathroom was nice. The staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to be of assistance. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast was varied and tasty. The location is fantastic and the price for the room was very reasonable.

Staff were very welcoming and let us check in early. Extra pillows and a small fan were arranged to accommodate our comfort needs. Breakfast was delicious, but upon reqsting a dish to be altered for dietary requirements, they could not accommodate that due to getting in what they get sent to them. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable, the mattress was very hard, but we prefer that. Not too much noise from others, and the hotel food is reasonably priced depending on what you order. Overall, I'm giving them a full five stars as we had a very pleasant stay, and may return for another.
