I was very disappointed with my stay. The windows were poorly insulated, and the rooms were extremely cold, which made it uncomfortable to relax or sleep. The showers were also in bad condition and did not work properly. To make matters worse, we found a silverfish insect in the room, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standard you would expect for the price. It was far too expensive for the quality and comfort provided. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Stayed at posh pads loads of times and never disappoints. Lovely, spacious rooms and all the amenities you could need. Great location as just a short walk to Liverpool 1 and the high street. Will always go back

Location is awesome (although a little noisy in the morning) Rooms are a little dated but perfect for a family. Everything was clean and the rooms had pretty much everything you’d need. The staff were amazing! Every interaction we had with them was brilliant. They were all so friendly and accommodating. For that alone I’d highly recommend. 😀
