We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome and throughout our stay the customer service was excellent. Every member of staff was attentive, friendly and genuinely happy to help — nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is also perfect, with plenty of shops, cafes and bars right on the doorstep which made our trip even more enjoyable. A very big thank you to Hannah, Mya and Jill we really appreciated all your efforts and hospitality during our stay. We will return when visiting again!

My Daughter and I loved our stay last night at 19 Duke st. My Son spontaneously booked the room for us as a surprise as I was in Liverpool with his Sister for her 14th Birthday. From the onset Gill on the reception was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome and comfortable which was lovely for us as we don't get to stay away from home often as I am a full time carer for my Husband. We stayed in room 205 which was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean everything was perfect. The location is fabulous. When we checked out today we were told we were welcome to leave our belongings whilst we sent the day in Liverpool which was perfect giving us more time to explore. We will definitely be recommending 19 Duke St and we will definitely be back to stay. Thank-you so much for your hospitality Regards Julie xx

Very warm welcome after finding the exact location (I was a bit lost as it's kind of hidden). Receptionists were always very helpful and relayed wonderful information on how to navigate my way around the city centre, and the venues located nearby. The housekeeping leader, Eva, and her team were really good, informing me about the time they would arrive to refresh my room, which helped me plan my movements in the morning. The room was everything it was advertised to be, lovely layout and very comfortable indeed. All-in-all I had a fantastic stay at 19 Duke Street and Liverpool, and will definitely recommend and return, God willing.

Great location, staff are very friendly and rooms are nicely decorated. The only few things would be the room got very warm (top floor) with no air con and there was no fridge in the room. Overall a great stay 😊
