About Malmaison Liverpool
Liverpool's dockside setting, close to the city's main attractions, provides the backdrop for Malmaison Liverpool, a hotel built into a converted warehouse on the waterfront. The building's industrial character has been kept intact while the inside has been given over to 130 rooms across eleven floors, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, plus accessible rooms for those who need them.
Rooms are spacious and come with comfortable beds, and the on-site restaurant serves cooked-to-order breakfasts along with afternoon tea. There's also a bar, room service, and drinks available in-room. Guests can make use of the gym, business services and meeting rooms, while a concierge and laundry service take care of the practicalities; pets are welcome too. Some visitors have reported plumbing issues, worth bearing in mind despite the otherwise well-kept rooms.
Staff are consistently described as friendly and professional, adding to the ease of a stay here. The waterfront location puts guests within reach of the city's attractions, with pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby, and parking available at a chargeable nearby car park next to the hotel.

What guests say
Room 625 with view The staff at the reception desk is superb. Well done guys you know what hospitality means. The room is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. It's a coming back for sure. Location is good with 6min walking distance from the chaos of the centre. Shame there is not parking convention.

Love this hotel!! Always my go to when in Liverpool. Location is superb, just a shot walk from the Liver building. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. The only criticism would be that I feel that they should partner with the NCP/parking next door amd get 10% off if you are staying for example. Would be great perk as parking is expensive.

The room was nice it was an anniversary booked evening meal and breakfast. The evening meal was a disaster they told us that they ran out of 3 starters so my partner had to have noodles with bits of beef in it it was just like a pot noodle Terrible I had chicken terrain bits of chicken mashed together tasteless for main we were told they had run out again of the things we wanted my partner had to get a steak or would have been a burger i had chicken it was tiny bit of bone floating in a water like gravy i think thank god we ordered chips and wine no customer service no salad brought which was ordered it was the worst meal I have had and spoilt our anniversary we did tell the man In charge and told staff had walked out even breakfast was the same they said ran out of some foods again so made do with burnt eggs fried burnt sausage I would not recommend going here

My first trip to Liverpool in years and wow was i surprised. The hotel is well situated and surrounded by history and so central. The rooms were top notch and the food was really good. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. I would say the only downside is the lack of parking and the nearest parking is ridiculously priced. Overall a fantastic 2 day stay would highly recommend the Malmaison
