Popped in here for lunch. Was hoping to sit outside but it was too busy. Nice cool table inside. Nice simple pub/gastro grub on offer. Busy on a very hot day. Ordered to the table. Drinks arrived quickly and more than 7 minutes for food to arrive.

Perfect location right by the River Thames — the whole vibe is unmatched. Proper English pub energy with authentic British food, and sitting outside by the water? Unreal views. Sunday roast has my heart now, no going back. We ordered fish & chips, falafel burger, chicken burger, plus some drinks — everything was spot on.

If you're looking for a proper, old-school London pub vibe, The Horniman at Hays hits the mark. The fish and chips were phenomenal—crispy, freshly cooked, and served in massive portions that will definitely leave you full. The only drawback is that there’s no air conditioning inside, so it got uncomfortably warm during the summer heat. Because of the temperature, it ended up being a quick "eat and go" meal rather than a place to linger over drinks, but the food and historic charm still make it well worth a stop

An absolutely wonderful time and great example of end of work day rest & relax at a waterfront English Pub & Restaurant. Busy, popular and efficient experience. Enjoyed the whole time. The pub is part of the Galleria for shopping and close to the London Bridge underground station.
