About London Bridge Hotel
London Bridge sits at the meeting point of the City and the South Bank, one of the capital's busiest and best-connected corners, with the station itself just outside the door. The London Bridge Hotel makes the most of that position, offering adults-only accommodation within easy reach of major attractions and the wider Underground and rail network.
Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, free WiFi and drinks available in-room, with accessible rooms also on offer. Beds are a particular strength, and breakfast is well worth setting time aside for. A restaurant and bar operate on site, alongside a gym and a spa with sauna for guests wanting to unwind after a day on foot. Practical extras include room service, laundry service, luggage storage and concierge support, plus meeting rooms and business services for those travelling with work in mind.
Staff are consistently helpful and welcoming, which goes some way to justifying the location's reputation as one of the most convenient bases in London. Outside the hotel, the surrounding streets offer plenty of pubs, restaurants and entertainment, with Borough Market and the Shard both within easy walking distance.

What guests say
Rooms are small, but clean, cleaning every day, they let us leave our bags in the morning, because rooms were ready only by 3pm. Front desk is super polite and nice. They replenish water in your room every day as well as toiletries. There's a fridge, an electric kettle to make tea or coffee. I saw an iron and an ironing board. Bath robes, 1 pair of bathroom slippers for some reason (for two of us to share?) If you want to use the gym it's very tricky to find and the door won't open if you hadn't signed the waiver beforehand. Window opens only a little bit, central AC (you can adjust it +2 or -2 against the general setting for the whole building). It's quiet despite the central location. There's a railway station nearby, underground tube station and you can walk to the Tower of London or Uber Boat station. And there's a market nearby where you can buy pastries and coffee for breakfast as well as some fresh produce, cheese, wine, seafood paella. I would stay there again 💯

I've been to London a lot and I have to say this hotel really gets it right for a medium luxury, value for money hotel. We booked a deluxe king which was simplistic but nice. Plenty of room, walk in wardrobe, sofa. All very clean. Nice added extras like complimentary soft drinks, chocolate and fruit. Plenty of toiletries in bathroom and robes and slippers. The staff were particularly lovely and warm in all areas of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and we didn't go hungry. To top it off the hotel is in a really good spot for exploring London. I would definitely book again.

This hotel was everything we hoped for and so much more. On arrival, we were greeted by helpful, friendly staff and checked in swiftly. We were even given a room upgrade because it was our first stay at the hotel, which was amazing. It may have been our first stay, but it certainly won't be our last! The hotel was super clean and our room was well equipped, with a huge, comfortable bed. There was no noise from outside whatsoever and the black-out curtains meant that we had an incredible sleep. The bar staff were so attentive and polite and the drinks were great. All of the staff in the hotel were so smart too. Before checking out, we had a delicious breakfast - There was so much on offer and everything was well topped up and very fresh. We couldn't have asked for more. The location of the hotel for us was just perfect, since we had a meal booked at a restaurant in The Shard. Overall, I couldn't fault a thing - The only thing that would have been better is if we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed 7night, from check in till check out the lift is still out of order left 1 lift operating with staff sharing. Breakfast starts 7.30am ends before 11am. We need to check out 7.30am to catch morning flight. No refund even after asking. Breakfast spread was stingy and no refill for smoked salmon and pastry after 9am. We just gotta eat what is left over. Terrible housekeeping opened our food and my handbag even after we feedback and showed evidence to the reception. They can denied. No point talking to the management either. Simply rude and give excuses! Unfriendly to tourist but friendly towards local business guest
