About Hilton London Tower Bridge
The Shard rises just along the road, Borough Market is an easy walk for food stalls and lunch stops, and the Thames path leads you past riverside sights in either direction. Hilton London Tower Bridge sits within this stretch of the South Bank, right by London Bridge station, making it a practical base for exploring on foot or hopping straight onto the Underground or National Rail.
The hotel has 246 rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning, and family and accessible rooms are available alongside the standard options. Several rooms look out over the surrounding cityscape, and the executive lounge offers a quieter spot for guests booked into that tier. WiFi is free throughout, and room service and drinks in the room cover the basics for those who'd rather stay in.
Breakfast is served with a good range of choices, and there's a restaurant and bar on site for other meals and drinks, backed up by plenty of eateries and pubs within walking distance. A gym, concierge service, meeting rooms and business facilities round out the practical side, along with luggage storage and laundry service. There's no parking at the property, so this one suits guests arriving by train or on foot rather than by car. Staff are consistently noted as helpful and professional, which counts for a lot in a location this well used by visitors.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Bhaumik, who was working at the Reception during our stay. He provided exceptional service from the moment we checked in until the day we checked out. We stayed at your hotel for four nights during our first visit to London with our friends. At check-in, we asked Bhaumik if he could recommend some of the best places to visit in the city. He went above and beyond our expectations—not only did he recommend the main attractions, but he also provided a list of activities we can do during our visit with helpful tips and suggested timings to make the most of our visit. One of the highlights of our trip was witnessing the iconic Tower Bridge opening. Thanks to Bhaumik's excellent advice and careful planning, we arrived at exactly the right time and were able to experience this incredible sight live. It wasn't even on our original bucket list, but he recommended it, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable moments of our entire holiday. Without his guidance, we would have completely missed this unique experience. His local knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine willingness to help made a significant difference to our stay. He didn't just provide information—he helped to create unforgettable memories for us. We truly appreciate the outstanding hospitality shown by Bhaumik. Our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we look forward to staying here again on our next visit to London. Thank you once again for making our first trip to London such a wonderful experience.

Fantastic one-night stay. All the staff we spoke to - reception & bar - were lovely and so helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was amazing (stayed during the heatwave). Hotel was quiet overnight and beds were comfortable so we slept great with the air con. Stayed for my sisters 40th birthday and they left a little cake and card in the room which was a great touch. Location is great, close to a main train station and tube lines. Lots walkable too. A great stay, would recommend.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Hilton Tower Bridge. I stayed there with my wife and my son, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. They truly made us feel welcome. We stayed in rooms 813 and 814, which were connecting rooms that could be opened together, making it perfect and very convenient for our family. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent beds. Great location, outstanding service, and a lovely atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

We have recently had the most fantastic stay here at Hilton Tower Bridge. This would have been our second time staying here and we don't have one bad thing to say. I mentioned on our reservation that it was our anniversary and if there was anything they could do, we would be most grateful (not expecting anything, really!). We were greeted with the most amazing set up in our room, the wonderful staff really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. That aside, the rooms are great and include everything and more that's needed i.e shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, good quality tea & coffee and are always spotless. Safe to say, this will be our go to stay when we visit London. Thank you for another wonderful stay.
