She went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and handled every request with warmth and efficiency. In all my travels, it is rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to providing an outstanding guest experience. Jessica is a true asset to Shangri-La, and her commitment to excellence is one of the main reasons I will happily return and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We splurged for one night at the Shangri-La The Shard during our vacation in London. We were greeted warmly by Jessica at the reception who walked us through our luxurious stay. We booked a Premier View room which was a corner unit on the 37th floor with a view towards and over the Shard Quarter from the living room and a view of the railway tracks and Tower Bridge from our bathroom. The view is definitely the wow factor with floor to ceiling windows. We were able to enjoy hours of just looking at the view from our sofa while sipping wine and cheese. The bed was heavenly and the bath with a view just has to be experienced. We used the 52nd floor pool and sauna along with GǑNG bar both of which need to be reserved. We had breakfast included as Expedia Gold members and chose room service, which came in a lavish presentation. Overall, we found the experience to be truly unique and definitely worth the splurge.

One of the best hotels in London. Shangri-La opened here for the brand an unusual property. We only can recommend. Top Service and amazing restaurants with view over the royal city. Use also the pool with open view Sauna at the 52 floor. Enjoy also special benefits. We booked with Luxury Dreams and get several free additional benefits as they are a member of Luxury Circle of Shangri-la.
