About Cheval Three Quays

Cheval Three Quays suits those after more room to breathe than a standard hotel offers, whether that's a family based in London for several days or a couple wanting a proper base near the river. These are serviced apartments rather than simple rooms, set on Lower Thames Street within easy reach of Tower Bridge and the Thames itself, and they work equally well for longer stays or a well-appointed short break.

The 97 apartments are spacious and well-equipped, kept to a high standard of cleanliness, with several enjoying views towards Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Air conditioning and free WiFi are standard, and the on-site gym and concierge service add a level of convenience not always found with self-catering accommodation. Staff are consistently described as helpful and professional, on hand to assist with anything from local recommendations to practical requests.

There's no in-house restaurant, but pubs, bars and eateries are all close by, and the location puts guests within walking distance of major attractions and good transport links. Pets are welcome too, making this a flexible choice for a range of visitors to the city.

Fabulous experience. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The apartment had incredible views and everything one could possibly need for an extended stay. Quiet at night and always something to see in the daytime right outside your balconies. In a safe and convenient location, we were able to see all of the famous sights and took in the show at His Majesty's. The staff even provided a private space for tea and coffee while we waited for our flight to near. Five Stars

The Cheval was amazing! The tower view was stunning and made the entire stay here feel even more special. The bathroom was always clean and stocked with great products, and the quality of towels and robes were such a nice touch. We also loved having a kitchen with snacks, plus a washer and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our time in London. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Just finished a five-night family stay at Cheval Three Quays and it lived up to everything. Spacious two-bedroom apartment, unbeatable location right by Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, and genuinely five-star service. The front office team made the difference: Kestas, Lorraine, Dale, Amadou, and Ina. They welcomed us warmly after a very late arrival, anticipated what our family needed before we asked, and when a minor issue came up during the stay they handled it immediately and turned it into a reason we'll be back. Rare to write a review like this, but their service earned it. We're already planning our return.

The location and rooms were excellent, you're right at the pier and next to tower of London, you also have a view of the tower bridge. & a 7 min walk to tower hill underground station, which brings you to the city. However we were 5 people in the apartment, and the restocking was not really great. The cleaning stuff took all the towels and didn't restock well, also toilet paper etc. So that's why I give 3 stars, because it's not an 2 star hotel and I would have expect a better service.
