A really nice backstreet bar only a few steps away from flatter stuff. A good selection of quality beers at really reasonable prices - the lovely mild was a fiver!!

Popped in yesterday after visiting Utobeer in Borough Market, As they are the same company. Young man behind the bar was very pleasant, Talked to him about a couple of beers I wanted to try, And working at The Rake, And the general area where he comes from, Great staff! The pub itself Is small, But has some great beers on to cater for most. I'd recommend. 👍

Great craft beer options from all over the world. Hard ginger beer slushie + 30 degree heat = match made in heaven! They also let me bring in food from the market, which was a huge plus. Will be coming back next time I’m at the market.

As I don’t like cigarette smoke we could only really sit inside. As this was on a cool evening this was not an issue (but would be if there were more people here). High quality on the beer and available in different sizes on tap. Good for tasting many!
