The location is excellent. It’s literally just behind the National Gallery, with Chinatown only a short walk up the street. Perfect base for exploring central London. The staff were very friendly and supportive. Even though the hotel sits right in the middle of Soho, it’s surprisingly quiet inside, which made it easy to rest after a long day out. The room was comfortable and the shower was very good. The only small issue was that the room insulation against the cold isn’t perfect, so you may need to turn the heating up a bit. Nothing major though. Overall, a very pleasant stay in an unbeatable location. Would happily stay here again.

It's a hidden gem. Great location. Everything was so close. Very easy to get from airport. I also took a train to Edinburgh and it was very easy to get to King's Cross. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean and relatively quiet considering it's so close to the busy areas.

🏨 Thistle Trafalgar Square Hotel – an excellent choice for those who want to be in the heart of the city. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff are charming, warm and friendly, the service is excellent and the breakfast is fresh, varied and very tasty. We booked a room for an overnight in London. We arrived, but the room wasn't ready. We Bag Dropped and returned ar 16.30 Still no room. We were offered a complimentary drink but there was no bar staff to be found, so had to leave that. We were then offered one of a couple of rooms with no AC (30 Degs outside) After waiting the room type was changed and we finally got our room key. Not a great experience here.
