What visitors say
I had a good overall experience at Vue Cinema London – Piccadilly and would consider recommending it to others. The cinema is spacious and well-organised, especially considering its central location. There was a good amount of seating, and the layout made the overall experience feel comfortable rather than crowded. The seating itself was also comfortable, making it easy to enjoy the full film without any issues. The screen and sound quality were reliable and delivered a solid viewing experience. The environment was clean and maintained to a good standard, which added to the overall comfort. While there is always some room for improvement, the experience was smooth and met expectations. Based on this visit, Vue Cinemas as a chain feels like a dependable option, and I would be happy to return here or try other locations in the future. Overall, a decent and reliable cinema experience in a very convenient location, and one I would recommend to others.

Nice Space wheelchair accessible as it has lift. It is clean but the toilet bins need to be emptied more often Seats so quite luxurious velvets texture which is lovely, staff are friendly too.

Lovely cinema, with friendly staff and comfortable seats (though some of them still had popcorn in them from the last movie when we arrived). The sound quality and visuals are exactly what you’d expect, and where available they also sell merch for movies. It was a plus that it’s not as packed as some of the other cinemas in Central London (such as Leicester Square), so chances are you’ll manage to book the seats that you’d want.

It is ok, seats are quite old, most screens do not have VIP seats. Screen are fairly big. Overall no major complaints or praises. What makes it particularly convenient is obviously the location which can also be a downside on very busy days.

Guests consistently praise this cinema for its good screen and sound quality, along with a wide variety of concessions. The friendly and helpful staff and convenient location are also frequently highlighted by visitors.
Some reviews mention the seats can be poorly maintained.
