Very beautiful and clean hotel with an incredibly kind, welcoming, and understanding staff. The breakfast was excellent and had such a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The lady in charge of the breakfast was especially kind and attentive she took great care of us and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff who were extremely friendly and helpful! Stayed 2 nights with my wife and adult son in a 3 bed room which was small but clean with everything one needs (small refrigerator, electric kettle and free coffee and tea, etc). Nice beds. The bathroom was small, but also clean and quite servicible. The location is fabulous, on a quiet street and just a 5 minute walk to Paddington station. The free English breakfast was great.

Very outdated hotel. Basic breakfast. We were in the basement, the room felt stuffy.l and dark. The bathroom was uncomfortable. The reception was not in our hotel but two doors down. Location was ok, close to paddington station and hyde park. We didn't pay too much so I guess you get what you pay for, but I personally wouldn't go there again.
