About Queensway Hotel Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Breakfast is served on site at the Queensway Hotel Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western, though guests who want more variety will find plenty of pubs, restaurants and eateries within easy reach on Sussex Gardens and the surrounding streets near Paddington Station. The hotel itself keeps things simple, with drinks available in rooms and a straightforward morning spread to set guests up before heading out. The hotel has 42 rooms spread across four floors, served by a lift, with family rooms available for those travelling with children. Location is great. Rooms need an upgrade. The divider on the ground from the room to the bathroom kept coming away and I was catching my toes on it. Rooms need air-conditioning on the ground floor. Was a heat wave and the only thing we had was a fan blowing hot air around. Had to leave our door to the main hall open to try and get some fresh air. Very uncomfortable. Window didn't close properly. This was really concerning. This should be top priority to fix as I can not imagine you are security compliant. Due to the location of the room looking out the window to a triangle wall so no air flow coming from the window. Shower head needs to be changed (it wouldn't cost to change it) it sprays everywhere. We did not eat here as there was only breakfast option but upon looking at the menu, there was very little to have. We eat elsewhere. Staff are friendly. But whoever owns this hotel needs to put some money into it. It the cost of doing business, put money in and you would get better reviews.

This was our second time staying here with my girlfriend and it was just as fantastic as the first. The room is great and clean, the hotel is a surprisingly quiet place to relax and the breakfast is nice. Super friendly staff are really accommodating. The location is truly unbeatable since you can take the direct train from Heathrow airport and arrive at the hotel in just a two-minute walk, making it the perfect choice for a stress-free trip. We'll be back for sure ! :)

I stayed at Queensway Sure Hotel for a business meeting in London, and it was an absolutely smooth and comfortable experience. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone travelling for work. The hotel feels secure at all times — the main door operates with a keycard, and there is a 24‑hour reception, which really adds peace of mind. The property is well maintained, clean, and has a cosy atmosphere. After a long day of meetings, walking back into the hotel felt relaxing and refreshing. The staff are always available, very friendly, and genuinely attentive. They make sure every guest feels comfortable and well looked after. Overall, a great stay and definitely a place I would recommend for both business and leisure trips.

No AC while it was 30 degrees inside the room. Impossible to change the room. The hallway was actually cooler than inside the room as some kind of weird joke. Outside, on the street, it was even fresher. BTW, the breakfast is less than basic: really, really, really terrible coffee and not great food. Despite paying in advance, we left to the Stilotel, just on the other side of the street. They have AC at least.
