I stayed 3 nights here. First impression, great location close to transport and off street parking available. The studio room, clean, all white simple decor. There is free WiFi, TV, cute kitchenette and small shower room, all clean and simple. I have knocked off a star because the kitchen faucet not secured to the sink properly, so resulting in a constant dripping because couldn't close tight enough, wasting water! There was plenty lovely Nescafe coffee sachets and tea/sugar, not much milk, had to go out and get oat milk😍 All in all, my room was lovely and quiet and by the big back garden which I love. Very pleasant stay and kind host's.

Had a very pleasant visit here when up in town recently to see a concert that ended after the last train home so needed somewhere to kip for one night. Nice clean, warm room with a lovely comfortable bed with crisp white clean bed linen. Nice staff, Geoff's a bit of a character and has some great stories.

When we came there was no reception but a kind lady helped us. Then in the room there was a bed with a sink and a tv and thats all. It was small but there was a peaceful garden with cute cats 🐈 you don’t get your own toilet the only thing that stoping from giving a three star is the garden with cats . 🐈🐈🐈🐈 very close to Tottenham stadium. If you are used to budget travel and your standards are low, you will be just fine here. IMHO it is good place to stay at if you’re planning to spend most of your time outside and only come here for the night. There is a bus stop really close to this place, so if you’re coming with public transport and lots of bags, it’s a short walking distance. Room is small with one window, carpet looked good, and there is also an electric kettle, microwave, mini fridge & mini TV (which worked fine). There is also bathroom in the room. We had one twin and one queen beed in our room. Mattresses were okay. Rooms are on the top floor, with no elevator access and the stairs are steep. First impression of the room was not really the best, but it will do. Walls are stained. Heating is not working, window is not sealed properly. There is radiator, but it doesn’t work so they provided small electric heater. Some of the outlets were not working. The bathroom was well, fair for the price? Toilet seat in our room was moving so even after sitting down and thinking “I’m fine” it will move. Twice.
