About Belgrave Hotel

Elephant & Castle is close by, and Clapham Road puts guests within easy reach of tube stations, so getting around the capital is straightforward. Local pubs, restaurants and other eateries sit within walking distance, and for a day out further afield, Chessington World of Adventures is a notable point of interest for visitors staying at the Belgrave Hotel.

The hotel itself has 33 rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and touches such as coffee machines, L'Occitane toiletries and robes. Rooms are kept clean and well maintained, and a lift is available, along with 24 hour reception, luggage storage and a laundry service for guests who need it. A garden offers a quieter spot away from the street.

Breakfast is served each morning with a good variety of choices, and the atmosphere throughout is generally calm despite the central London setting. Staff are consistently described as friendly and attentive, helping with everything from local recommendations to practical requests. It's a straightforward, well-run base for exploring the city.

We stayed here for Bank Holiday weekend and we had a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. This is a great hotel away from the constant traffic and a few mintues walk from Pimleco station. Pros Hairdryer, iron and ironing board, slippers, extra pillows, coffee machine and tea tray, fridge in the room, L'Occatine shampoo conditioner and shower gel, as well as soap. There are plenty of hangers for clothing. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. They have a bar and hot breakfast is only £6 extra above the continental option (if included on your booking). Buttons for saying you want your room doing or sleeping in and not to be disturbed. There is a lift for access. Cons The shower pressure was ok but not great, there is no mirror at the desk for you to be able to sit and do makeup/hair, but the wardrobe had two large full lenght mirrors but you have to sit on the floor. It is definately worth the stay and would definately stay again when visiting London. Thank you

Lovely hotel located near Victoria Station. I have stayed in a few hotels around this area and I think this must be one of the few with a lift! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is quiet, never heard any outside noise or other guests through the walls. Staff were really friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. Also the Indian man who works on the reception overnight was great! I enjoy visiting London and I will be staying here for future visits.

This hotel has been beautifully refurbished and updated. It’s five floors and has an elevator. We stayed in room 508. Amenities in this room included a refrigerator, sink with filter for tap water, teakettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes and bowls, bottles of water, silverware, clothing steamer, iron, blowdryer, slippers, robes, vanity with stool and makeup mirror, antifog mirror in bathroom, electronic do not disturb sign, electronic thermostat for heat and a/c, view of London eye. The outlets next to the bed included USC, and magnetic phone charging area. On the lower level, they serve breakfast every morning. There’s a continental and à la cart option. We got the à la carte each morning and weren’t disappointed. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. All staff were pleasant and helpful. The neighborhood is quieter and has many restaurants in close walking distance.

Front desk staff were amazing, helped with luggage, directions etc. The hotel is beautiful and full of character. However with character you get some quirks, eg, they have lifts(elevators) but there are 1/2 levels in between main levels with steps and breakfast room can only be accessed via steps, about 15. Basic room for 1 was very small (size of a small cruise ship cabin or Tokyo hotel room), but very clean and had everything you would need. Bus #24 very close takes you to Westminster station, pier etc, where all the action is.
