What guests say
When we arrived the entire place was shut down, blinds pulled and doors locked, which over the 2 days we stayed seemed to be the norm. We had to call the owner to let us in to leave our bags off before heading out for the day. We ended up with a room on the top floor, and there’s no lift so be mindful of this if you’re not good with stairs. Bathroom had no hand towel, or toiletries and the bath towels would only fit around a small child. No bath mat for coming out of the shower and it’s quite easy to slip coming out. No hair dryer in the room either. The room itself wasn’t very well cleaned from the previous guest. The floor wasn’t clean and there was old milk, cheese and a half used Pepsi in the fridge which was very off putting. The area of the hotel is very rough and doesn’t seem safe to walk around at night, it’s not ideal but if you’re staying here you would have to get an uber back from the tube station. There is a lot of disturbance outside during the night and you can hear other guests coming up and down the stairs very clearly also. Would not recommend !

Overall it’s okay for what you are paying for! Very close to Wembley, only one stop away by tube and a ten minute walk. The only downside would be the area, it’s a bit intimidating if you are young women travelling alone, so beware. The owner met us outside and gave us the key, he was very lovely and said he was only a call away if we needed anything. Make sure to bring toiletries as they did not provide any in the bathroom.

Quite a rough area but very close to Cricklewood which is nice and just one tube stop from Wembley, it's a convenient location, when we booked there was a photograph of a bar, but there was no bar.

Very clean and modern public areas. Rooms basic but fine; clean quiet and comfortable. Surrounding area a bit dodgy looking bit was actually fine and completely quiet when we returned to the hotel around 11.30. Perfect base for events at Wembley c2 miles away. Would definitely use again.
