About Premier Inn London Bank Tower

For anyone splitting their time between sightseeing and the Square Mile, Premier Inn London Bank Tower makes a practical base. Set close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, it puts guests within easy reach of both the City's offices and the riverside attractions that draw most visitors to this part of London.

The hotel spans 14 floors and holds 184 rooms, all en-suite with air conditioning, and family and accessible rooms are available alongside standard doubles. Some rooms make the most of the building's height with city views. A restaurant and bar cover breakfast and evening meals on site, with breakfast in particular singled out as a strong point, and 24 hour reception means arrivals and check-outs aren't tied to fixed hours.

Parking isn't available at the hotel itself, though chargeable parking can be found a short walk away at Minories Car Park. Staff are generally described as friendly and helpful, though service is occasionally inconsistent according to some visitors. With pubs and bars nearby and the City's transport links close at hand, it suits both a weekend of exploring and a weekday stopover for work.

All staff are so so lovely and very accommodating! We went to the restaurant for a bite and the staff there were amazing especially Anil, Simra, Sindhu and Shamin. Food itself was gorgeous! Rooms were perfect and air con was great, especially in the heat! Highly recommend One thing that wasn’t great the cleaning lady walked into the room when we were sleeping, no knock, nothing. When I went out to say it to her she couldn’t speak English. Completely left a bad taste after everything was so lovely.

Mariana !

What an incredible experience! This hotel is spectacular, its location is convenient, close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. We were able to walk to these tourist attractions. The staff are very kind and polite, a 10 out of 10. The breakfast is delicious, and it also includes the famous "English Breakfast". The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I spent 4 nights with my father, and we slept very well. I would certainly stay there again! Everything was wonderful. Greetings from Brazil.

May 8-12 2026 My sister in law Lynda & myself Christina have stayed in this Premier in for the last 3 years as we visit London once a year together & can only say we find it home from home. We are greeted warmly & the staff even remembered us. We always book the meal deal & have loved the food & drinks. The staff - SHAMIN - CLAUDIA - KESIM are wonderful. We had a towel missing & it was soon replaced. The beds are very comfy & clean & we slept well. Big thank you to all the staff including Mr Chef who came in early to make our dinner as we were going to see Oliver & had to be out early. They all work incredibly hard & we can't wait to return. Big thank you to everyone working at this Premier Inn ⭐️

Q.Y.

Warning: beg bugs and non-existent customer service/general manager Stay 6 nights May 24 to May 30 with a family of four in room 111. What was supposed to be a relaxing family vacation has turned into a costly, stressful nightmare. The very night we returned from our stay, I broke out in several skin rash. Two days later, my son began showing the exact same symptoms. We sought professional medical advice, and dermatologist confirmed our worst fears: we were severely bitten by bed bugs during our stay. I have tried to get this addressed through every possible channels, which is not easy at all. Because it’s difficult to find ways to connect with the customer service. What I have done: - submitted formal request online - contacted guest relations directly via WhatsApp - escalated the issue through Expedia customer service team Despite all of these effort, the hotel has failed to provide a single response, since three weeks. Bringing beg bugs home is massive financial and emotional burden for a family. For management to completely ignore a verified medical issue resulting from their rooms is disgraceful and completely unprofessional. Do not stay in this room 111 or this hotel! Until this hotel takes pest control and basic customer service seriously, you are risking your family’s health and your own home.
