About Comfort Inn Kings Cross

Comfort Inn Kings Cross occupies a terraced building on St. Chad's Street, a modest structure with 63 rooms spread across a compact, straightforward layout. It's not a grand or historic address, but a practical base built for function rather than flourish, with a lift for easier access to upper floors.

Rooms are plain and unfussy, with drinks available in-room and family rooms on offer for those travelling together. A free continental breakfast is included, there's complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, and a lounge area gives guests somewhere to sit beyond their room. Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures, and free on-site parking is a useful extra for anyone driving into the city.

The hotel sits within easy reach of King's Cross Station, making it a sensible choice for exploring central London, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries nearby for evenings out. It's a functional, laid-back stay rather than a luxurious one, suited to travellers who want a straightforward place to sleep between days spent out in the city.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, a couple of minutes walk from the tube station and really easy to find. The staff were helpful and friendly and check in was really easy. It was a bit of a maze to find our room but we found it okay with directions from the receptionist. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were really comfortable, the only problem we had was the room smelt slightly damp. Breakfast was a basic continental but still nice enough. I would stay here again, it was quite good value for money

The rooms look nice. And the bed is good. That's about all the positive. We had two rooms. Other one was really hot and stuffy. Other one did have AC, but it was very noisy. TV didn't work in the other room. We were told it's because of the building site across the street messes with the signal. Breakfast room is small and uncomfortably warm. Can't recommend.

Very average hotel. Good thing is rooms are modern and up to date, bathrooms are clean and fairly modern, BUT in the morning there's often no hot water, completely unacceptable for 100/night. The window in my room had the handle ripped off and could not be opened. Noise insulation is bad, you can almost hear the other guy sneeze in the next room, and all noise from the hallway is easily heard. Breakfast is just bad, no hot options available outside of toast. You're better of getting a pastry from the supermarket honestly, as croissants are lumpy and hard, yoghurt is not even chilled. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Our room was beautiful, our shower / bathroom was fab. Really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Air con was easy to use. Breakfast was ample and all the staff friendly and polite. Will definitely stop again
