What guests say
Visited London for a concert last week with friends and stayed at this hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous. My room, a single, was compact and had everything you would need. The location was excellent, very central and area was lovely and quiet. Will definitely be returning.

The hotel’s location is ideal to access the underground at King’s Cross-St. Pancras, which was a plus for us. However the rooms are quite small, and the stairs up to the rooms too are quite small. The rooms have fans installed and heaters for the winters I suppose. The neighborhood is quite noisy in the morning (early as 4AM) so you might not get a good nights sleep. Generally, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is very safe.

Booked this hotel for a solo trip and the room was small but was perfectly fine for a single person! It was cleaned everyday and they provided free water and cookies. It’s super well located and a good quality/price ratio, I’d stay there again.

Crestfield Hotel – Great location with friendly staff. We stayed at the Crestfield Hotel and really appreciated its unbeatable location — super central, just a short walk from King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, with excellent transport links and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is genuinely helpful and solicitous, always ready to assist with a smile. However, be aware that the rooms are quite small and compact (especially the standard ones), so it can feel a bit tight. Also, depending on your room, street noise can be noticeable at night, as it’s in a busy area. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills option if you prioritize location and friendly service over spacious rooms. Good value for London standards.
