I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night due to a canceled flight and was received absolutely exceptionally by Alam at the reception — he truly made all the difference during my stay! Even at that hour, I was treated with so much attention, warmth, and professionalism, which turned a stressful moment into something very welcoming and comforting. The hotel service was impeccable, and the breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and high quality. Even though I only stayed for a few hours, I was able to rest very well and enjoy the room, which was super comfortable, clean, and cozy. Without a doubt, the highlight was Alam’s service. He made my short stay memorable and extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you value warm and attentive service.

I stayed here to attend a meeting at Excel and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms have everything you need and comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful! The food from the restaurant was so good that I had the same meal three nights in a row! Kudos to Alex/Ali! You can hear the airplanes a bit, not horrible, but in the background. The downside is that there is nothing around you, but I was very happy with my burrata salad and corn fed chicken dinner!

Good hotel, great location. It's near to London city airport and the train station there for DLR line. We were here for 5 nights for the conference that was couple of minutes away by cab or 10 to 15 minutes by walk. Rooms were a bit on the smaller side. Liked the comfort of the bed. Bathroom & showers were great. The bar downstairs is nice & well stocked. Breakfast daily was well replenished with abundant choices. We also tried their restaurant for lunch one day, the taste, portions, warmth were appropriate. Lisa you see there during the breakfast is very wonderful & friendly. We thank her for taking our orders daily for custom omelettes. Besides her, Jaya & Jashmine were also helpful to us during our stay at the property. If in the area in the future, would definitely like to stay again.
