I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable atmosphere. During the recent heat wave, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, making the stay even more pleasant. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Everyone was warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is conveniently placed with great transport links into main London. The hotel has great rooms with everything you need. The staff throughout the hotel are happy to help and super friendly. They all work hard to help you during your stay. One such staff member Cynthia work tirelessly during the busy breakfast shift, keeping everywhere tidy and clean she was smiley and great to chat with. She’s certainly getting her steps in!!
