We had a fantastic stay here. The location of the hotel and the overall atmosphere was great. The reception team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly kind from arrival till the end specially one of the receptionist named Rekha who helped us to check out. The room had a great view and it was very clean and even though there were some noise from the plane take offs which we actually didn't mind but overall the noise level was almost to none. The room package included a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options which was a great value for money. Although most of the hot mains weren't halal, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even having fresh eggs cooked separately. Truly outstanding hospitality, highly recommended!

What a welcome! Wow, it just hits differently when you’re met by Filipino staff. CHINX AND IRENE are both perfect to have for HILTON. The friendliest and warmest welcome I’ve had in a long time. This stay is going to be so perfect, I can already see it. The WHY’s: I requested for a room with a bathtub and they accommodated it. We arrived early and the room was already ready, which meant the single mom was able to relax earlier The smiling faces of these lovely ladies, and their hospitality. The room is spacious and I feel that I can find solitude and solace for my stay. We had free ice lollies and cookies upon arrival. I have stayed in many hotels as a cabin crew and i Always say the receptionist and staff will determine the quality of my stay, they are the heart of the hotel. Kudos to CHINX and IRENE, for welcoming us so warmly. Highly recommend to stay here if you want to be in London but not with the buzz of the city centre.

Fantastic waterside location in a quieter area. Easily accessible. Breakfast and dinner were very good quality, much better than anticipated The one thing that stood out for this hotel is the exception staff on front desk and in the restaurant/bar.! Nothing was too much for them and they were genuinely super helpful and friendly
