About Hampton By Hilton London City
A wide-ranging breakfast, with both hot and cold options, sets the tone at Hampton By Hilton London City, and there's a bar on site for something more relaxing at the end of the day. The restaurant and snack bar cover the rest of the day's meals, with kids' meals available for families, and drinks can be brought straight to your room.
The hotel has 115 rooms across six floors, all en-suite with air conditioning, making it a comfortable base whatever the season. Free WiFi runs throughout, and there's a lift for easy access to every floor. A gym on site means you can keep up a routine without leaving the building, and practical extras like luggage storage, laundry service and concierge help take care of the rest.
The location puts Whitechapel, Aldgate East station, Brick Lane and the Liverpool Street business district all within easy reach, with further pubs, bars and restaurants nearby for evenings out. There's no parking available at the property, so this suits guests arriving by public transport or on foot rather than by car.
What guests say
Great hotel, it’s very clean and well maintained. The room was modern with comfy beds and air con. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from (it did get busy but the staff were quick to clear and clean tables). I would definitely stay again!

Our family of four spent 4 nights here right as the June heatwave was beginning. AC works great, thankfully!! Bed/pillows are comfortable as expected for Hampton Inn. Plentiful hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The usual brand of hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided in dispensers. Location is good - just a couple minutes from Aldgate East tube station. We found it easy to travel around the city from common sightseeing spots like the Nat History Museum to less common ones like the RAF Museum and London Mithraeum. Breakfast does not change, however there’s a wide variety of hot and cold options so you can easily vary your choices. We particularly appreciated the coffee machines providing cappuccinos, lattes, hot chocolate, and more. Certain times of the morning were busier than others (those times are posted in the elevator), but we did not have a hard time finding seating for 4 at all no matter when we ate and food is continually replenished. What we’ll remember- the service. Every single staff member is friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely interested in their guests having a good experience. I wish we’d caught the name of the young man who kindly gave us a heads up about a planned protest at one of the places we planned to visit so that we were able to adjust our timing. We did catch Olena’s name - she is absolutely wonderful with children at the waffle station! All in all, we found this Hampton Inn to be comfortable, safe, and convenient.

My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and we had an amazing stay. At the reception it was a woman named Sherin who was very helpful with all of our needs, and helped us make decisions with our plans of visiting London. The next morning the breakfast was amazing with lots of options and the staff was very helpful. Overall I had an amazing time and I would definitely come back here next time I come to London.

I had a great stay at the Hampton by Hilton London City during my business trip. The hotel was very clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent—right next to the Tube station, making it incredibly convenient to get around London for meetings or sightseeing. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast. While it was good, adding a bit more variety would make it even better, especially for guests staying multiple nights. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.
