Had a great overnight stay here. Location is good, close to public transport and restaurants. All the staff members we interacted with - at reception and in the restaurant for breakfast - were all friendly and helpful. Rooms were reasonable size and clean. Shower and bathroom were also a decent size. The rooms also have aircon. We also had a good breakfast the next morning, with suitable options for allergens. Also, it was a heatwave when we stayed and they had a drinks station with fruit in the lobby, and they were also giving out free ice creams/ice lollies which was a nice touch. My only complaint is that our mattress was super noisy/creaky. If you sat on it, moved about on it even just slightly, it just creaked oddly loud. I have never come across a bed this noisy? We were sharing a bed, and it was just so noisy anytime anyone moved, so that was the only letdown. Overall, this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

We came done for a couple of days and what a stay the hotel was perfect and a great location for us. Bedroom was lovely and comfortable. But the one thing that stands out here is the staff Denisa and Anisa have made us feel so welcome and their service was second to none! Thank you for your hospitality ladies!

I had a wonderful breakfast experience at Hilton Hotels, and I would especially like to appreciate Liza, who was serving at the breakfast buffet. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the service. Her warm smile and helpful attitude made the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. I must say ive been to many hotels in the uk but none like this! It was truly a pleasurable experience and i will definetly be coming back soon i hope. I came here on a business conference and instead of coming back to the hotel eating then going to the room all quite boring, i was met with the most amazing staff. Mealtimes were amazing and the chefs and waiters and waitresses were all very very nice people. One waitress in particular was a lovely lady called Hannah. She was an amazing woman and was very understanding of my allergies and my dietary needs. Im forever grateful for the staff i met at this hotel for making an unenjoyable experience a very pleasurable one.
