Our family had a great stay in this budget friendly hotel. Giovanni and his team were very friendly in accomodating us and our needs. Location is nice and close to the tube station. Lots of good restaurants around the area as well.

We recently stayed here for three nights and had such a fantastic experience. A special mention has to go to Giovanni, the manager, who was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after throughout our stay. His warmth, kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Overall, the service was exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. Thank you for such a memorable stay ✨

My family and I stayed here for two weeks and we wanted to shout out two members of staff Francesco and Elena who were very attentive, great customer service and had a very welcoming vibe about them, we felt comfortable and didnt feel like we was asking for too much during our stay as they were always willing to go the extra mile. Amazing staff members who definitely need the recognition. We also had the pleasure of meeting most of the staff here who were also really helpful during our stay.

We had a lovely stay; the hotel is so well situated just off the vibrant Upper Street in Islington (350m from Angel tube) but because it is set back from the road it is surprisingly peaceful for such a well appointed hotel! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive - I have to mention Elena and Eugenia in particular, whose customer service was simply outstanding! It was my daughter's birthday and they took the time to make a fuss even though they were very busy. They were very kind to us both. Overall for value, location, comfort, facilities and excellent food and customer service the hotel could not be bettered. Thank you!
