About Holiday Inn Express London Victoria

Rooms at Holiday Inn Express London Victoria come with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, plus family rooms and accessible options for those who need them. They're kept clean and functional throughout, though some are on the compact side and a few guests have noted the odd tired corner rather than a fully polished finish. Drinks in the room and city views add a bit of extra comfort depending on which room you're given.

Downstairs there's a bar for an evening drink and a snack bar for something lighter, alongside a breakfast service that includes a pancake machine guests seem to particularly enjoy. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, and practical extras like luggage storage, laundry service, a lift and concierge assistance make it easy to manage a stay without fuss. There's no parking at the property, so this suits guests arriving by train or public transport.

The location on Belgrave Road puts guests within walking distance of Buckingham Palace and Westminster, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries nearby for evenings out. It's a straightforward, well-priced base for exploring central London rather than a destination in itself.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful stay my family and I had at the Holiday Inn Express Victoria, London, from June 16th to June 21st. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was excellent every morning, and most importantly, our children felt very comfortable and enjoyed their stay as well. A special thank you goes to Catalin, who immediately resolved a very small issue we experienced in our room and did so with exceptional kindness and professionalism. I would also like to give a very special thank you to Rossella, who assisted us from the moment of booking and continued to support us throughout our stay. Her attention, care, and dedication made a real difference and were greatly appreciated. In addition, I would like to thank all the reception desk staff. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names, but every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The level of customer service provided by the entire staff was truly outstanding. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff working in the breakfast area. Every morning they greeted us with a smile, kept everything perfectly organized, and contributed greatly to making our mornings enjoyable and relaxing. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to guests were truly appreciated. Thank you all for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We will be very happy to return in the future and will gladly recommend your hotel to friends and family. Kind regards, Federico Room 102

Convenient for the US Embassy, but would not ever stay there again. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and I only got 4 hours of sleep. I gave up at 5 am. Air conditioning was freezing no matter what temperature and the shower seemed to be possessed as it would change temperature while we showered. The breakfast was free and was OK but It was not great - everything seemed overcooked from the eggs and sausages to the hash browns. My daughter sis enjoy the pancake machine. I will say that the staff were very nice and friendly, but alas, not what I paid for. Close to Pimlico Tube, walking distance to US Embassy. A C10 bus ride from Waterloo station and all the shops and places to eat there. (Bus stop W on York Rd will get you back to Pimlico.) All in all, an exceptionally disappointing room experience. I expect better of IHG for this much money. Would definitely NOT recommend.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter. We were in a basement room and couldn't complain. The room was large and comfortable and we weren't bothered by noise. The bathroom could maybe do with an update but it was a decent size and was clean and functional. Breakfast was absolutely fine and we were able to get plenty to set us up for the day. Yes, the breakfast room is small but we had no issues finding a table. Location is also excellent. I'd stay here again if I was visiting. I was able to leave my luggage at both ends of our trip and staff were friendly.

Start with a positive - Friendly guy at the desk. Big negative - I needed earplugs to sleep. Opposite the lift, next to the road (not heaps of traffic, but the window panes were very thin), and the boards above me were creaky so I could here the people walking around. Bizarrely, given the tiny room size, the people were able to find something to do for hours wandering backwards and forwards. Smaller negative - The room was tiny. The room was expensive (250 pounds per night) Neutral - location was excellent, except for the fact it was next to a road that kept me awake!
