What guests say
Our recent one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, London was nothing short of exceptional — a true example of how comfort, style, and heartfelt hospitality can elevate even a short family break into a memorable experience. Travelling as a family of four, space was a key consideration, and we were delighted by the room’s generous proportions. Thoughtfully laid out and impeccably clean, it struck the perfect balance between practicality and indulgence. The plush beds ensured a restful night’s sleep, while the addition of complimentary bathrobes and slippers added a touch of understated luxury that made us feel genuinely spoilt. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the calibre of service. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcomed and cared for. A special mention must go to Jason, who handled our check-in with warmth and professionalism, ensuring everything about our stay was seamless from the outset. At breakfast, the experience continued to impress. Syed went above and beyond, not only providing attentive and friendly service but also delighting our sons with balloons — a small gesture that made a big impression and brought genuine joy to our morning. It’s this combination of comfort, thoughtful details, and outstanding hospitality that transforms a good hotel into a great one. Holiday Inn Bloomsbury delivers all of this with ease. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for families seeking a welcoming London stay with a touch of luxury.

Spent three nights at this hotel June 2026. It has recently been refurbished so everything looked really good. Check in was quick and efficient. We asked for a quiet room and we weren't disappointed as you wouldn't know how close you were to the main road. We planned on having one evening meal there but ended up having two, this was due to the friendly and efficient staff, particularly Aleena who made us welcome. Breakfast was always good plenty of choice and well presented. Check out was as good as Check in and we could leave our baggage safely. Next time in London this will be my choice.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury in London, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. A special mention goes to Aleena at the restaurant, whose kindness and attentive service truly stood out. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, always welcoming us with a warm smile and making thoughtful recommendations. The food itself was excellent—fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour—making every meal something to look forward to. The hotel accommodation was equally satisfying. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space after a busy day in the city. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay. What made the biggest difference, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. It’s clear that customer care is a top priority here. Overall, a fantastic stay made even more memorable by amazing staff like Aleena. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

I work away full time all over the country, mainly London, this hotel is by far the best. The rooms are spacious and clean, the mini fridge stocked daily and the location is great. The main reason for the review is the service and food. The breakfast, there is so much selection, lovely fresh fruit to pastrys to hot food its delicious, then tea, there is a great selection of food and the servers will do anything to help you, one in paticular this week has been Aleena, her manners and attention to details are fantastic. Im staying here for the next few weeks and cannot wait to come back. Thankyou.
