I stayed at this hotel with my family, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel felt safe and family-friendly, making it a good choice for guests traveling with children. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the housekeeping service was very good. However, the minibar wasn’t working when I arrived. I reported the issue, but the replacement minibar also didn’t work, which was disappointing. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is also located right next to Lambeth North Underground station, which is a major advantage for getting around London. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One aspect I didn’t particularly like was the swimming pool, as it was quite small compared to those at other hotels. // added note // 3 Days no one came to clean the room after complaining to the receptionist, i was told that they can only clean the room the next day! A big plus was that the room had air conditioning, which made a significant difference during our stay in London in July. The hotel was also quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a safe, convenient, and comfortable place to stay.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in a executive double with a view. The room is very modern with great amenities. The hotel is modern and staff very attentive. The hotel is located very close to great transport links, 5 minutes walk to Waterloo. A stones throw away from great places to eat and drink with great atmospheres. Local shops with snacks, drinks etc. The rooms have great controls for lights, aircon, curtains. Will love to stay again

Really lovely hotel right by Southbank. Easy to get around central London from here due to the proximity to Waterloo & Lambeth North stations. My room was clean and nice (although a little maintenance wouldn’t hurt), the hotel has a pool, and all the amenities one would expect. The standout for me was the service. All of the staff were so kind and incredibly helpful. I was staying alone and they helped me bring my luggage to / from my room, and also stored it for me after I checked out. They were always friendly and very prompt in resolving issues. The breakfast is okay - it was a classic English breakfast (£25). A little overpriced for the selection, but the food tasted nice. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel.
